Peace in a Pandemic

Updated: Apr 20, 2020

Check on a widow. We need looking after too!

Keep calm in the midst of this quarantine. Be mindful of overall health. Practice remaining at rest to avoid angst and overwhelm.

Wash your hands frequently. Avoid touching your face. Wear a mask in public. Consume Vitamin C and get Vitamin D from the sun daily if possible.

In addition to the following COVID-19 best practices with maintaining clean surfaces, use of hand sanitizer, spraying Lysol on delivery packages, personal cleanliness and social distancing, be sure to amp up your vitamin intake. Also increase your consumption of the Word of God and decrease your consumption of negative news from every media source. Protecting your peace is vitally important.

Sometimes we only think of wellness in terms of physical health. But wellness includes mental, physical and spiritual. We are a total being- and each part must be ministered to and upheld! So continue to eat whole food, but remember to pray, fast, rest, exercise and enjoy the fullness of life.

Feeling stressed? Try this anti-stress drink ~CALM. It's also an excellent way to add more magnesium to your diet. Helps you rest and softens the stool. Comes in 4 flavors. Add to water or any drink- cold or hot. Stops those leg cramps ( if caused by mineral imbalance ) Click here to get your jar for the relief you need.

  • Serving Size: 1-3 teaspoons

  • Amount per 3 teaspoons% Daily Value

  • Magnesium (elemental from magnesium citrate)615 mg150

In addition to nutritional health please remember to reach out to people who you know love you (in spite of your mess) and don't be afraid to embrace others on their journey.. It's rough out here alone, but that's why God encourages Community- each other..

If you know a widow please reach out to them. It's especially difficult in times like these. The unknown is concerning. Contact your loved ones to ease the healing process. Even though we must practice social distancing and may not be able to physically visit them, you can call them, video chat and Pray for them. There is NO DISTANCE IN PRAYER!
